We are delighted to announce that we have received the Modeshift Stars Bronze Award.
In order to receive this award we have had to prove that we are working hard as a school to increase active travel and promote road safety.
Some of the initiatives we have completed are:
Road Safety Day (which was attended by the Lord Mayoress)
Completing the Travel Tracker on a daily basis
Be Bright Be Seen Day
Raising awareness through posters/leaflets
Bikeability
Walk to School Week
Assemblies about pollution and air quality
Having pollution diffusion tubes on the playground
