Our children had so much fun taking part in the Skip2Bfit workshops!
In the sessions the children were shown how to skip, breaking it down into 5 simple steps. They were then given the Skip2Bfit 2 minute challenge to see just how many skips they could do to in 2 minutes. The Skip2Bfit ropes had counters on them to keep track of how many skips were achieved. The children were then challenged to skip again, to see if they could beat their own personal best. There was A LOT of competitiveness (mainly between staff!)
Finally, all of our pupils were given fresh blueberries (courtesy of Berry World) to encourage healthy eating. A big thank you to John from Skip2Bfit for delivering the action packed sessions!
